CHAIR MASSAGE PRICING:

Chair massages are a great way to reward your employees for a job well done, and increase productivity (and morale!). Feathers N' Flight offers chair massage sessions for offices and special events. The general rate is $75/hr ($1.25 a minute) and massages may range from 5 minutes to 20 minutes based on the client's preferences. Fees for travel may be assessed if your workplace or event is more than 15 miles from the therapist's office. Please contact the therapist (720-260-0512) at least two weeks in advance to schedule your event and discuss payment options.

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and rescheduled appointments MUST be made with 24 hour advance notice* to the therapist. Notice must be provided via telephone; emailed notification will not be accepted. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance, payment will still be due in full for the missed appointment and must be paid before any additional appointments will be accepted. If treatments are being funded by a foundation or other third-party organization which does not cover the cost of missed appointments, the client will be required to pay the therapist directly for the missed appointment. An appointment may only be rescheduled ONCE. In the event that a client cancels or wishes to reschedule a previously rescheduled appointment, payment will be due in full for the missed appointment, and must be paid before any additional appointments will be accepted.

This same cancellation/rescheduling policy also applies to package deals and gift certificates. If 24-hour notice is not provided for cancellation/rescheduling of a particular appointment, that appointment will still be deducted from the client's package as if it had taken place.

ALL appointments in a package deal must be scheduled and used before the package expiration date, or they will be forfeited. Every client will be provided with a receipt at the time of purchase that will specify any applicable expiration dates.

* - In the event of a rescheduled appointment due to illness or family emergency the therapist may, at her discretion, choose to waive the 24-hour notice requirement.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates for family and friends may be purchased at the regular hourly rate, or also as a package deal. The same expiration, rescheduling and cancellation rules apply. Please note that the expiration date will be set at the time of purchase, even for gift certificates, unless otherwise agreed between client and therapist.

Travel Policy:

For clients who are unable or unwilling to travel to the massage studio, the therapist *may* be willing to make home visits. There will be an additonal fee for the distance traveled, and it will vary based on the client's location. The client should have enough room in their living space for the therapist to set up her massage table, and the environment should be quiet and uninterrupted for the duration of the session. It is recommended that you call Shasta at 720-260-0512 in order to make such arrangements.

Personal Training Rates:

An initial consultation rate is $35. Expect the consultation to last about one hour. The trainer will gather necessary information about the client and their medical history, and discuss the client's fitness goals. The trainer will perform assessments, evaluations and testing to determine the client's starting fitness levels and then design an initial program to begin working out.

Traditional personal training assistance during each workout* is offered at variable rates. Package deals will also be available; please call 720-260-0512 for more information. This assistance includes having the trainer at the client's side for the duration of the workout to ensure that each exercise is performed correctly (no cheating!) and safely. The trainer will also provide that extra bit of motivation in order for the client to challenge their own limits and gain the maximum benefit from their workout.

Followup consultations are recommended approximately every 4-6 weeks, depending on the client's progress. These are offered at a reduced rate. They will consist of evaluation of the client's progress and any adjustments that should be made to their program.

Nutritional references and guides may be provided by the trainer, but please note that diet plans, etc. will not be provided as the trainer is not a licensed nutrionist.

* - Please note that as this is a relatively new service, the trainer does not yet have a facility of her own. Client must have access to home gym equipment, an apartment workout room, or the like; or have membership at a gym that will allow an outside trainer to provide services (many gyms will not allow this. Please check with yours first.) If the client's workout facility is more than 15-20 miles away from the trainer's place of work, an additional fee for travel may be assessed.
