The good news is that you already have the power to do so, whether you know it or not!
The best way to unlock these powers within yourself is to learn as much as you can about your body, how it works, and how to properly care for it. There are so many resources out there for people who are willing to invest the time and effort; and since your body is the most valuable possession you will ever own, what better investment could you make? Others may be able to guide you, educate you, even walk alongside you as you take steps to improve your own life, but ultimately this is a process that starts within you, with your willingess to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

Jay Robb has great nutritional advice; I've performed his Fruit Flush Detox several times and always with great results! I like the principles of his fat-burning diet as well; they make a lot of sense and are easy to follow.
The Abs Diet books have some truly great suggestions for developing a healthier lifestyle and better eating habits. They're also really humorous and fun to read!
