Home Gym Rates
Most of my training sessions take place at my home gym, at the standard rate of $35/hour. An initial consultation usually takes about an hour as well, but is only $20 as it is mostly comprised of paperwork and interviews.
A training sessions will take one hour. I also offer half-hour intensive workouts at the rate of $20.
I also offer "partner" training sessions, where you may bring a friend or family member and both work out at the same time. Due to limited space and equipment, I can train a maximum of two people at once. Partner training sessions are $45/hour, and half-hour appointments are not available as it takes the full hour to ensure both of you get a good workout. The initial consultation rate for partner trainings is $25.

Rates for Travel to a Client's Home or Gym
My rate for training sessions performed on location is $50/session. I do not offer half-hour sessions at on-site locations. An initial consultation is still just $20.
I also offer partner training on-site, if you and a friend or family member would both like to work out at the same time. Please ensure there is adequate space for you both to work; a gym is an ideal location for these types of workouts as I can have you both performing different exercises at the same time.
Depending on the distance I must travel, additional mileage charges may apply; see below.

Additional Mileage Charges: If your home or gym is more than 20 miles from my home, I reserve the right to charge an additional mileage fee of 10 cents per mile over the 20 mile limit.
Travel/Mileage Fee Waiver: I may, at my discretion, choose to waive the travel and/or mileage fees for you, based on the circumstances necessitating the on-site location, and the frequency of the appointments you purchase.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for family and friends may be purchased in any denomination: credit toward a future purchase, full hourly increments, or even package deals. The same expiration, rescheduling and cancellation rules apply. Please note that the expiration date will be set at the time of purchase, even for gift certificates, unless otherwise agreed between client and trainer.
